Opening Doors Through Digital Skills: Amorph Systems & Friendshifts in 2025
At AMORPH SYSTEMS, we believe opportunity grows when people are given the tools to shape their own future. That’s why, once again this year, we joined hands with FRIENDSHIFTS to bring digital literacy to underprivileged youth in Thailand, India, and Togo.
Together, we helped children and teenagers take their first steps into the digital world — steps that spark confidence, independence, and hope.
Thailand: Technology That Strengthens and Empowers
In Thailand, our support reached the Thai Child Development Foundation (TCDF), where staff and children with special needs learned essential digital and financial skills.
Workshops introduced:
- Digital record-keeping and budgeting
- Basic computer literacy
- Typing, online forms, and creative digital tools tailored to each child’s abilities
These newly gained skills now help the staff manage twenty educational training stations, while the children experience the joy of learning in ways that strengthen their independence.
TCDF expressed it beautifully:
“Your support empowers our youth with special needs — giving them tools for greater independence and opportunity. We are proud to walk this path together.”
India: Expanding Possibilities for Urban Youth
In the heart of Bengaluru, around 50 young people from marginalized communities are currently taking part in a long-term IT course with FRIENDSHIFTS’ partner Makkala Jagriti.
For many of them, learning how to use a computer, navigate the internet, or prepare a simple document, opens doors they once believed were closed.
These digital fundamentals become stepping stones toward education, employment, and self-confidence.
Togo: A First Encounter With the Digital World
In rural Togo, most young people have never held a smartphone, read an online article, or used email.
This year, FRIENDSHIFTS offered two rounds of digital skills training in the village of Yokélé, hosted in the small cybercafé run by CAST.
The sessions taught:
- How to search for information
- How to use email and basic communication tools
- How to safely navigate the online world
For these students, it wasn’t just training it was an introduction to possibilities they had never imagined before.
Walking Forward Together
We are deeply grateful to FRIENDSHIFTS and their local partners for their tireless dedication.
Every session, every workshop, every smile shared in Thailand, India, and Togo reminds us why this partnership matters.
At AMORPH SYSTEMS, we remain committed to helping young people gain access to technology — because when they learn to navigate the digital world, their future expands.
And that is the kind of impact we want to be part of.
