That\u2019s why, once again this year, we joined hands with <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/friendshifts.org\/en\/\">FRIENDSHIFTS<\/a><\/strong> to bring digital literacy to underprivileged youth in <strong>Thailand, India, and Togo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Together, we helped children and teenagers take their first steps into the digital world \u2014 steps that spark confidence, independence, and hope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Thailand: Technology That Strengthens and Empowers<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In Thailand, our support reached the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/thaichilddevelopment.org\/\">Thai Child Development Foundation<\/a> (TCDF)<\/strong>, where staff and children with special needs learned essential digital and financial skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Workshops introduced:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Digital record-keeping and budgeting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic computer literacy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Typing, online forms, and creative digital tools tailored to each child\u2019s abilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These newly gained skills now help the staff manage <strong>twenty educational training stations<\/strong>, while the children experience the joy of learning in ways that strengthen their independence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TCDF expressed it beautifully:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-theme-palette-9-background-color has-background has-medium-font-size\"><em>\u201cYour support empowers our youth with special needs \u2014 giving them tools for greater independence and opportunity.
